Publication Ethics, Process, and Author Guidelines for Technovasia

At Technovasia, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. The following publication ethics, process, and author guidelines outline the responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher to ensure a fair and transparent publication process.

1. Publication Process

1.1. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors must submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system by registering and logging in firsthand.

  • The submission contains the article file (mandatory) and supplementary materials (if any). Please choose 'article file' when submitting and uploading the article file.

  • Authors should ensure the manuscript adheres to the journal's formatting and ethical guidelines.

1.2. Initial Screening

  • The editorial team conducts an initial review to assess the manuscript's relevance, originality, and adherence to journal guidelines.

  • Manuscripts failing to meet basic criteria may be desk rejected without further review.

1.3. Peer Review Process

  • The journal follows a double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other.

  • Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

  • Reviewers provide constructive feedback, recommendations, and a decision on whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.

  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback and resubmit within the specified timeframe.

  • The revised manuscript may undergo further review if significant changes are made.

  • The final decision is made by the editor-in-chief, considering the reviewers’ comments and the overall quality of the work.

1.4. Editorial Decision

  • Based on reviewer feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

    • Accept: The manuscript is accepted for publication with minor or no changes.

    • Revise and Resubmit: Authors are asked to make major or minor revisions before reconsideration.

    • Reject: The manuscript is not suitable for publication.

  • Authors will receive reviewer comments and necessary guidance for revisions.

1.5. Revision and Final Review

  • Authors must submit revised manuscripts addressing reviewer and editorial comments.

  • The revised manuscript undergoes a final review to ensure compliance with required standards.

1.6. Copyediting and Proofreading

  • Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting for language, clarity, and formatting.

  • Authors review the proof before final publication to ensure accuracy.

1.7. Publication and Dissemination

  • The final manuscript is published online.

  • Articles are indexed in relevant databases to enhance visibility and accessibility.

  • The journal promotes published articles through its website and other dissemination channels.
