Publication Ethics and Process for Technovasia

At Technovasia, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. The following publication ethics and process outline the responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher to ensure a fair and transparent publication process.

1. Publication Process

1.1. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors must submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system.

  • The submission should include a cover letter, the manuscript file, and any supplementary materials.

  • Authors should ensure that the manuscript adheres to the journal's formatting and ethical guidelines.

1.2. Initial Screening

  • The editorial team conducts an initial review to assess the manuscript's relevance, originality, and adherence to journal guidelines.

  • Manuscripts failing to meet basic criteria may be desk rejected without further review.

1.3. Peer Review Process

  • Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to independent reviewers for a double-blind peer review.

  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, methodology, and clarity.

  • Authors may be required to make revisions based on reviewer feedback.

1.4. Editorial Decision

  • Based on reviewer feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

    • Accept: The manuscript is accepted for publication with minor or no changes.

    • Revise and Resubmit: Authors are asked to make major or minor revisions before reconsideration.

    • Reject: The manuscript is not suitable for publication.

  • Authors will receive reviewer comments and necessary guidance for revisions.

1.5. Revision and Final Review

  • Authors must submit revised manuscripts addressing reviewer and editorial comments.

  • The revised manuscript undergoes a final review to ensure compliance with required standards.

1.6. Copyediting and Proofreading

  • Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting for language, clarity, and formatting.

  • Authors review the proof before final publication to ensure accuracy.

1.7. Publication and Dissemination

  • The final manuscript is published online, and a DOI for citation has been assigned.

  • Articles are indexed in relevant databases to enhance visibility and accessibility.

  • The journal promotes published articles through its website and other dissemination channels.

2. Ethical Compliance and Misconduct Handling

The journal will conduct a thorough investigation if ethical breaches are suspected or reported. Appropriate actions, including corrections, retractions, or banning authors from future submissions, will be taken based on the severity of the violation.

We encourage authors, reviewers, and readers to report any ethical concerns to the editorial gmail at [technovasia.id@gmail.com].
